沒有任何通知，賬戶就被凍結了

我的一個客戶，名字叫德瓦什日,賬戶 ID82095。他于2023年3月27日開的賬戶，本金 5000 迪拉姆，根據公司規定，存款后 3 個月后可以隨時提款。德瓦什日在 6 個月后請求了出金，因為想為兒子買一輛車（在 WhatsApp 聊天中明確提到這一點）但是在他提交出金請求后，他的帳戶已被凍結。沒有更新，沒有說明利潤金額。

As per company's rule withdrawal can be done anytime after 3 months of the deposit.

My client has requested his capital amount after 6 months because he wanted to buy a car for his son ( clearly mentioned in WhatsApp chat)

After submitting the withdrawal request, his account has been blocked. No update, not releasing profit amount
