轉移的假幣

使用 Coinbase 錢包中的常規資金轉移方法，我嘗試將資金從 Coinbase 錢包轉移到我的 Kraken 賬戶。 Coinbase 發送了轉賬，但是 karken calims 發送了假幣，并向我發送了一封電子郵件，告訴我然后關閉了我的帳戶。見附件。 Coinbase 拒絕退還我原來的資金，kraken 甚至告訴我只能通過電子郵件與他們交談，我發送了電子郵件但沒有回復，所以現在我沒有追索權。

Transferred counterfiet coin

Using all the normal methods of fund transfer found in the coinbase wallet, I attempted to transfer my funds from my coinbase wallet to me Kraken account. Coinbase sent the transfer however karken calims they sent counterfiet coins and send me an email telling me then closed my account. See attachment. Coinbase refused to refund me the original funds and kraken won't even discuss telling me to converse with them only by email which I sent but no answer, it so that now I am without recourse.
