我的帳戶被禁用

我的賬戶和郵箱分別是8365775和ambhorehariprasad@gmail.com。我的 V5 外匯賬戶現在自動禁用了，只有在網頁版可以用，但是我現在在V5 這個平臺不能做任何事。我已向技術部門提供一切必要的文件來解決完全的這個問題，但我的賬戶仍然是禁用的。我的賬戶里總共有213USDT，我申請出金了75USDT，但是還沒到賬，然后剩下的138USDT也由于賬戶被禁用了而無法使用。
