上周我們從賬戶申請提取130 美元，被告知需要等待 3 個工作日，但現在仍然沒有收到這筆金額。而且我的賬戶還被凍結了，賬戶密碼也被改了！！！

Unable to receive widrawal and freeze our account
Last week we have widraw 130$ on our account and as per V5 management need 3 days working to receive but still now didn't receive the amount and my account being freeze and change password my account by V5 without proper and profound prof of violation.
