Me and my co-traders have opened a trade today on the platform with v5 forex as a broker for AUDJPY currency. But to our surprise our open trade got closed immediately due to a very large slippage of commission. This was unacceptable and unbearable for us since it is our hard earned money. We are asking for your help to dispute the money back to our accounts. Here are some pictures and screenshots of the transaction. It ate our money. The broker did not do anything about it. It was not normal slippage at all.
