Wipe off my winning with unreasonable excuse

Instaforex claim my Position Opened at Non-Market Price. I have provide proof to them with their M1 chart to show my trade is valid but they choose to keep silent with no respond. The wipe off my 2k winning and deducted the amount in my account and refuse to pay me back my winning.
