從上個月開始無法提款

尊敬的先生，自從過去30天以來，我已經提出了提款請求，但交易商仍然沒有批準，當我與交易商交談時，他說這需要時間，但不確定需要多少時間。所以我們無法從我們的交易賬戶中提取資金。請解決問題。為了更清楚起見，我附上了我的交易屏幕截圖。

Withdrawal not proceed from last 1month

dear sir i have put a withdrawal request since last 30 days but still broker didn't approve that, when i was talk with broker he says it will take time but not sure how much time. so we are unable to withdrawal our money from our trading account. kindly resolve the issue. for better clearity i have attached my transaction screen shot.
