Hehuan certified to be running a scam.

My experience with Hehuan have been really bad and this happened right after deposits were made from my cryptocurrency account to their wallet addresses. they received the deposits and trades started as usual and when I requested withdrawal of some funds out of my account , it was declined blatantly.
Several messages were sent to the support and there was a response that I make a tax deposit before withdrawal. I inquired with the tax authorities in my country and there was nothing of such in existence. several others are facing the same withdrawal issues but there happens to be a solution proferred by some financial authorities. as shown in the pictural representation below; having my deposit to Hehuan from Blockchain and other relevant information for victims
