Exaggerated loss to prevent withdrawal

I was copytrading from one of my accounts with the same amount of capital, to my account at Multibank. I lost 15% capital in my trade in the original account whereas I lost 95% capital with Multibank, how is that even possible? It took efforts from fintrack.org to recoup the rest of my principal from Multibank when they told me I had to pay tax before withdrawal.
