At first ask me to pay 6000 USD to unfreeze my acct then after me to pay 3.5 percent of exchange rate to withdraw. after I pay everything the withdraw never reach to my acct after 24 hours then the customer service said I need to pay 2000 USD for bank charges. As for what I know bank will never ask for such big amount of service charges.
