description: I have subscribed Genius bot on 8th February, 2022 during
Valentine's Promo offer, however it is still showing unsubscribed, further the
user is still not able to transfer his capital in MT4 account and the user is
not able to use the IPC autonomous trading feature since last one-week, kindly
look into and resolve his issue.
