they don't send me my money unable to withdraw

last year I sent 30k us dollars and when I wanted to withdraw all plus the earnings they asked me to pay 20% taxes on earnings to withdraw I paid 3.3k us dollars and they took more than a month to confirm my payment which was ready 3 days after I deposited on their account, after that they send me an email saying withdrawal successful, but since then they never deposited the money I to my account, since then they changed the website, and didn't copy the information about my transactions
