customer service cheats

i initiated a withdraw 6 days back i got the mail on very second day that my withdrawal has successfully complete but MONEY yet not credited to my account. when i contact customer care via live chat he accepted that some issue was going on so finance team will mail me when they found what happened to my money , but 4 days gone no mail came yet and every i revisit customer support via live chat they just ask 24hours more every fucking time . this broker is a fraud
