自2020年11月以來一直提款直到現在一直拒絕給我我的資金

我從2020年11月開始提款，與他們無用的Live Chat至少有100多個往來信件，他們聲稱“我的客戶經理會與我聯系”，但直到現在為止我什至不知道客戶經理是誰，甚至到現在為止，都是借口，但拒絕釋放我的資金。

I made withdrawal since Nov 2020, had at least 100+ correspondence with their useless Live Chat who claim "my account manager will contact me" but NEVER did and till date I don't even know who the account manager is, or if there even was one.All throughout till now, excuses after excuses, but refuse to release my funds.
