So they asked me to pay1% commission fee to a third party. I did not want to argue so after I paid the 1% I was asked to wait for another 3 days so I waited then nothing happened. So I messaged them again but this time they said that I have to pay 2000 US dollars as a management and maintenance fee for the mt5 platform
