Customer Service Nightmare: Failed Transfers & Unanswered Promises
Honestly, the customer service here is shockingly bad. I’ve been trying to do a manual internal account transfer for weeks, calling repeatedly. Several agents confirmed my ID and said they’d start the transfer, but every time, the help tickets just get closed without any follow-through. I’m starting to think IBKR is untrustworthy—I’m even looking into legal options because I’m not sure I’ll ever get my money back. After years of trading across different platforms, this is hands down the worst experience I’ve had.

I’ve been facing an issue where the app repeatedly asks me to reset my password, even though I’m entering the correct one. The password is supposed to stay valid for 14 days, so this keeps happening every time I try to log in, which is frustrating.
