Got stuck trying to get into my account after switching phones. The app now demands an IB key, but I don’t have the app installed on the new device. When I tried calling support, the wait times to reach Canada, USA, and Hong Kong lines were way too long with no answer. Also, the migration process didn’t send a verification code via SMS—no error message showed up, just the same old 'old app version' prompt, but I already downloaded the latest from Google Play.

Numerous users have pointed out the email verification code issue—every time you need it, the app logs you out, forcing you to have a second device handy. It’s frustrating how the developer seemingly didn’t consider the basics here. Even worse, I couldn’t close my positions today because the app falsely claimed a margin call. That’s when I decided to switch to their mobile or web version instead.

Similar to what others reported, the email verification code process is frustrating—every time I enter it, the app kicks me out, forcing me to have a second device handy at all times I want to use it. That’s a huge hassle. On top of that, the developer clearly didn’t think through some basic features. Today was the final straw: I couldn’t close my positions, and the app falsely claimed I was entering a margin call. I’ve uninstalled it now and switched to their mobile web version instead.
