Situated in a bustling commercial district with convenient transportation access., he building features a modern exterior design consistent with standard business office characteristics.

Upon entering the building, inspectors immediately reviewed the tenant directory in the lobby but found no listing related to “Maniford.” The team then attempted to access the declared 31st floor location but was denied entry by security personnel due to authorization restrictions. Notably, building staff expressed unfamiliarity with the Maniford name and could provide no evidence of the company's presence. Further inquiries with other tenants yielded no verifiable information. A property management representative disclosed that no new tenants had been recorded on the 31st floor in recent periods.

Through the on-site investigation, it is confirmed that Maniford does not have a physical presence at the location.
