Top User Allegations Against TenX Prime
PAMM Account-related Fund Scam Reports
Users from Malaysia, Vietnam and Colombia reported fund losses on PAMM accounts. Almost all of these complaints accuse the same manager of the resultant losses.
A Malaysian user reportedly invested USD 55,000 in a PAMM account when approached through Telegram. However, according to the complaint, the broker website and PAMM account became inaccessible since October 2025. The trader highlighted his inability to use the TenX Prime login dashboard. Complaining further, the client accused the account manager of blocking him on Telegram and deleting all conversations.
Similarly, another Malaysian user reportedly deposited a total of $5,400 under a PAMM account. However, the trader alleged that he could not withdraw funds from the account. At the same time, the account manager and the broker's customer support stopped responding to the trader's messages on Telegram.
Similar allegations from Vietnamese and Colombian traders point to a disturbing pattern of alleged PAMM account-related fund scams.

Profits Worth $235 Allegedly Turned ZERO on the TenX Prime Login Dashboard
An Egypt-based trader reportedly earned profits on his initial deposit of $150. Later, his withdrawal request worth $200 was allegedly rejected due to technical issues. The trader stated that he continued to trade and earned profits worth $235. However, the user claimed a zero account balance when accessing the TenX Prime login. Check this review for more details.

A Detailed Investigation into the TenX Prime Regulation Status
Yes, TenX Prime is regulated by the Financial Sector Conduct Authority (FSCA) in South Africa. Its license number is 52035. The name of the licensed entity under which the TenX Prime brand operates is ALTRIX MARKETS (PTY) LTD. However, the critical nature of user complaints does not raise confidence among traders. That's why the broker has a pretty low score of 4.28 out of 10.

Conclusion
Despite a wide range of trading products, a pretty low minimum deposit requirement and impressive leverage and spreads, the broker continues to draw criticism from users. While the Tenx Prime regulation status is sound, the complaints continue to pile up. A key reason attributable to it is the lack of an accessible website. This remained the case even when the WikiFX team tried to access it.

With a host of negative factors outweighing the regulatory advantage, we at WikiFX currently do not recommend this broker for trading.
