The platform's criteria for determining \"violations\" depend entirely on whether the trading result is a loss or a profit, not on the trading behavior itself. This is a typical case of selective rule enforcement, seriously violating the principle of fair trading. 1. Double Confirmation of Trading Method Compliance Before Account Opening Before opening the account on February 27, 2026, I consulted the ETO official website online customer service about the trading method (full position seconds before market close, exit at the next day's open). The customer service explicitly replied: \"The platform has no regulations restricting the time or method of client trading,\" and proactively notified an account manager to contact me. Subsequently, the account manager communicated with me, stating they would report to their supervisor. They replied about an hour later: \"The supervisor said, as long as you are trading normally, holding positions, and making normal profits, Eto Markets will not deduct from clients. The trading situation you described can normally withdraw profits at Eto.\" 2. Platform Never Deemed It a Violation During Losses On March 9, a client incurred a loss. I confirmed with the account manager if the method was problematic, and the reply was \"Risk control did not flag this trade as a violation.\" On March 20, a client experienced a negative balance (went negative), and applied for a negative balance reset. The account manager clearly stated \"Normal reset.\" On March 23, after we applied for a reset on behalf of the client who went negative, we reconfirmed with the platform's customer service manager that this method was normal and the reset was also normal. 3. Platform Suddenly Changed Stance After Profits On March 28, the 5 accounts traded using the exact same method and made profits. When applying for withdrawal, the platform for the first time deemed it a \"violation,\" only allowing withdrawal of the principal. The platform's email claimed violation of Client Agreement Clause 9.7 \"Abuse of Liquidity Testing," but did not provide any specific Order numbers, times, or evidence.
