bleach of contract

I won the second round demo contest promoted by multibank group which takes place in May/June 2023 but the been delay the payment of the prize won and make force excuses in order to avoid the payment of the contest prize. I am the first place prize winner of the contest which I won the prize of 10,000 USD cash prize including a grand prize of BMWI7 car as stated in the contest page and the contest terms and conditions, but I just received a message from the contest promoter that "am only eligible for the cash prize and not eligible for the grand prize because the contest has been canceled" which is a force excuse.
