UNABLE TO WITHDRAW UNTIL TOPPING UP TO THE DIFFERENT ACCOUNT (to pay the taxes?)

Hi, I have a problem. I was able to withdraw once previously. But then, when I got profit over 50% from my account, I need to pay the income taxes. Apparently I need to pay income taxes by topping up again USDT to different account, but all my funds is in there already. I thought I am going to be the one paying the tax office here. But it's not. So I was proposing to auto-deduct the fund directly if they are the one who is going to pay them to the relevant tax department. I will just take remaining. But they said that they don't have the right to deduct from the funds.
