Not transparent with withdrawal charges

I requested for capital withdrawal from my MT4 account to my borderless account at TransferWise. Since TFXI also has borderless account with TransferWise, borderless to borderless account transaction should not incurred any interbank charges. However, USD25 was still charged to my withdrawal amount on the pretext it’s for interbank charges, which as I explained is not true. When I argued further on this point, the support team just closed my ticket and said can’t helped me further.
