hesabım devre dışı bırakıldı

hesap no 8365775 e-posta - ambhorehariprasad@gmail.com V5 forex hesabım artık otomatik olarak devre dışı bırakıldı sadece ticaret web açık ama V5 üzerinde herhangi bir işlem yapamıyorum sorunumun çözülmesi için gerekli tüm belgeleri teknik departmana sağladım hesabımda toplam 213 usdt var henüz almadığım 75 usdt'yi ve bazı hesap engellerinden dolayı kullanmadığım 138 usdt'yi geri çektim.

only the trading web is on but iam not able to do any activity on V5

i have provided all the necessary documents to technical department to resolve my problem but still my account is disabled

i have total 213 usdt in my account
i have withdrawn 75 usdt that has not received and also 138 USdt that not also of my used because of certain account disability
