No response on complaint of big commission charge

I bought a trade for about 323 dollars of AudJpy as sooon as i bought the trade the company said u are deposit is zero when i opened the trade it was commission 2984 and all my investment becomes zero for a single trade they charged me 2984 dollars how is it possible there was a glitch now no one replies to mail no response nothing
