MT4 aniden bugün çalışmayı durdurdu

Dün MT4 hesabım sorunsuz çalışıyordu ama bugün işlem yapamıyorum ve uygulamaları yeniden yüklemek, yönlendiricimi yeniden başlatmak gibi birçok olası teknik yöntemi denedim ama bunların hiçbiri işe yaramadı. Canlı sohbete girip para çekmek istediğimde sunucu kapalı olduğu için para çekemezsiniz diyor ve benden platformu MT5 olarak değiştirmemi istiyorlar. MT4'teki tüm bakiyem ve parayı çekmeme izin vermiyorlar ve nasıl ticaret yapmak istiyorum?

MT4 suddenly stop working today

Yesterday my MT4 account was running smoothly but today im unable to trade and i've tried many possible technical method such as reinstall the apps, restart my router but none of these work. When i goto live chat and ask to make a withdrawal it says you cant withdrawal due to server down and they ask me to change the platform to MT5. All of my balance in MT4 and they doesnt allow me to withdraw the money and how the heck i want to trade?
