withdrawal issue and funds missing

on March 19 Ipc claimed it’s system was being updated so withdrawal request were unable to take place , on. March 25th i made a withdrawal as shown on the screenshot the money left the account and the withdrawal got rejected however my funds have not been returned , I am unable to contact ipc regarding this problem today is April 5th and I can’t get my money or heard anything from. ipc , they also gave fake. email. address which I have sent emailed on multiple. occasions
