No means of withdrawal of both profit and capital

since 19th of March 2022 I made withdrawal from my account , I have not been seeing my profit enter into my wallet to less of withdrawal. I see profits made in my MT4 but the withdrawal from my MT4 does not reflect in my wallet and when trying to withdraw from the ipc wallet it does not reflect in my blockchain wallet.
But I see IPC trade with my capital daily in the MT4 account.
pls I need my capital and profits transfer to my personal usdt account.
