I started to trade with RUI WIN CAPITAL since Dec, 2021. After several trades, I confirmed with platform to withdraw the fund. But the platform said that 15% tax should be paid to the platform before withdrawal of the fund and after tax was completed, withdraw will be processed right away. I paid tax and asked to withdraw again, then they said that my previous sum of 380K U.S dollars was to be charged by someone else, so I have to pay additional dollars which is 30% of 380K U.S as a pledge deposit, and it needs to stay in the platform system for a week and then return to my account. I transferred the so-called pledge deposit and asked for withdraw again, first they said the fund withdrawal need 1-7 days, after several inquiries, they changed that I need to wait for 1-3 month for fund withdrawal because of peak time. At the same time, they asked me to pay 2% of my fund to become VIP and VIP member can receive the withdrawal fund with 24 hours. I tried to negotiate with them, and they just ignore my message. They blocked my account for a month. I already exposed the case through the WIKI, but they still not give any feedback.
