sudah 10 hari proses penarikan saya belum selesai

proses penarikan belum selesai, padahal awal masuk di broker ini bulan 8 tanggal 2021 proses deposit dan withdrawal sangat cepat . sekarang kontaknya pun tidak ada yang bisa dihubungi . apakah ada yang bisa bantu ??? terima kasih.
