The platform closed my account on grounds of IP issues. I’ve used this account for a long time. This time I just traded twice within a week. The customer service said it would take three months to withdraw funds but now I haven’t received any message. The official website customer service said we could email them to solve problems. However, there is no one replying to us. This broker is going to abscond!!!
