However, its "exceeded" regulatory status suggests that it may no longer fully meet the latest compliance requirements. While the broker does use Tier-1 banks to store client funds in segregated accounts, the lack of up-to-date regulatory compliance raises concerns about its long-term safety. For me, a regulated environment is a key factor in choosing a broker. I would proceed with caution, given the broker’s regulatory status and its potential gaps in compliance.
