После начала торговли я депонирую еще 10k, чтобы STP Raw Swiss 5 имел более низкую комиссию, и через несколько часов они начинают вызывать большое проскальзывание моих сделок. Сразу связалась со службой поддержки, мне сказали, что с моим счетом все нормально, решаю снять депозит + прибыль 760 $. После я жду больше месяца. После вывода средства были возвращены на Swiss Markes, потому что их банк-посредник по какой-то причине не обработал, сняв с моего счета 50 $. To start i made a deposit via skrill and upload the proof of payment it took to this company 3 days to make the funds available, after contacting my account manager she asks me to be patient. After start trading, i deposit more 10k to have the STP Raw Swiss 5 to have a lower commission and after a few hours, they start to induce big slippage to my trades. Immediately I've contacted support they told me that everything is normal with my account, i decide to withdraw the deposit + the 760$ profit. After i wait for more than a month. After withdrawal the funds were returned to Swiss Markes because their intermediary bank for some reason didn't process, taking from my account 50$. I have made several calls, i have made a complaint and after 3 weeks of the fight, they still investigating the case...BE AWARE THEY ARE NOT SERIOUS BROKER, PLUS THEY ARE MM.
