Não é possível sacar após impostos

não consigo sacar, tenho 13.818$ , preciso pagar impostos 20% para sacar, paguei .. mas há outro pagamento 978$ (depósito interno), paguei .. e novamente .. há outro pagamento 1.000$ (manutenção conta) então eu até que você não possa pagá-lo.
