Sem Notificação de Chamada de Margem

Conforme declarado em seu site nas Perguntas frequentes, eles enviarão uma notificação de chamada de margem quando o nível de margem atingir 80%. não recebi esse tipo de e-mail e liquidaram minha posição no nível de margem de 50% sem aviso prévio. Contatou seu CS para retificar sua deturpação em seu site para que outros não caiam na armadilha, mas sem sucesso. Não acredite em suas representações em seu site.

As stated on their website under FAQ, they will send out margin call notification when margin level reaches 80%. received no such email and they liquidated my position at margin level 50% with no warning. Contacted their CS to rectify their misrepresentation on their website so that others don't fall into the trap but to no avail. Don't believe their representations on their website.
