I've traded on the FITBELA EPRO Limited platform; the site itself is poor, and the customer service is pitiful, utterly unprofessional, and of no assistance. They asked for some documentation after my deposit today, which I immediately submitted, but the account was still limited. Despite this, they later emailed me to say that the account has been approved, but I'm still trapped. I was locked out of my account shortly after deposit and had to use AssetsClaimBack recovery service to get a refund, I later inquired about what had happened and was informed that the paperwork had not been authorized.
