They rejected my withdrawal request, shirked on me, blocked me and banned my MT4 account. I don’t even believe these are the practices of an up-rising platform. I was introduced by HorseForex’s salesman to open an account on their platform. They said it is a branch company of AUSFOREX, which is legit and allows free withdrawal. But this so-called legit platform swindled all my money. A couple days ago I saw someone exposing the withdrawal problem of HorseForex, then I immediately applied for a withdrawal. But it never arrives. I asked the service, who said there are many withdraw requests these days which requires time to process. Today I found I can’t log in MT4. Then I contacted the salesman and found him blocked me. Where are the reliable service they promised before? What about free withdrawal and legit platform? Then I called the online service who told she has no right to check the reason of my problem. Whatever I say, they reply “We are not able to help you due to permission limit, please contact you broker”. Such a cliché made me sick. HorseForex is a scam. I hope some related departments should look into this and bring HorseForex to justice.
