Sono stato truffato durante il trading

Ho intenzione di esporre una persona su Paxful, Suske Bortuk Z. Ha preso 65,45 dollari dal mio account Neteller e ho segnalato il problema a Paxful, ma non mi hanno aiutato a recuperare i soldi, dicendo di non poter fare nulla al riguardo. È davvero frustrante. Ho allegato uno screenshot della transazione e della risposta di Paxful.
