Non abbiamo ricevuto prelievi dal mese di agosto 2023.

Ho prelevato $500 il 18 agosto 2023 dal mio account Wisemarket, come mostrato nello screenshot. Sul sito wisemarket.com, il prelievo è stato confermato, ma i soldi non sono mai arrivati sul mio conto bancario. Ho continuato a richiedere screenshot, ma il problema non è stato risolto. Ho inviato un'email a support@wisemarket.com, ma ho ricevuto solo una risposta automatica che diceva che si trattava di un problema della banca, poiché il broker aveva già adempiuto ai propri doveri. La mia frustrazione è evidente dagli screenshot che ho inviato. Ho contattato anche l'IB, ma senza successo. Lei ha insistito sul fatto che si trattava di un errore del broker e non loro. Ho appena scoperto che su wikifx c'è ora una funzione di mediazione. Quindi ora sto cercando di trasferire i miei fondi nel posto giusto: il mio account.

for context i made my withdrawal on the 18th August 2023 amounting to 500usd as can be seen on my screenshot from my account on Wisemarket. on the wisemarket.com dashboard it says that the withdrawal was successfull however my bank account shows otherwise.

what came next was endless follow ups asking for screenshots with no settlement of the issue. i have sent emails to support@wisemarket.com yet i only received computerised replies mentioning it is the bank’s problem as they as a broker have fulfilled their role in the transfer.

you can see my frustration in the screenshots when my emails were only met with the same messages. i contacted my IB at that time but to no avail. she insisted that it was the brokers’ doing and not their fault.

i just only found out that there is a mediator now available on wikifx so i am now trying to get my funds to where it belongs: my account.
