Aspettando da 4 settimane per il prelievo dei fondi

Ho aspettato il prelievo per 4 settimane, l'altro giorno ho chiamato il servizio clienti e mi hanno detto che alla fine dell'ultimo giorno lavorativo il mio prelievo sarebbe arrivato, ma sono stato nuovamente ingannato, dopo 4 settimane non è ancora arrivato, non è una grossa somma, solo 3200 yuan. Se si considerano tutti i soldi non prelevati, allora è molto, ho chiesto loro una prova di pagamento, ma non possono fornirla?

it’s been 4 weeks since I’ve been waiting for my withdrawal the other day I was in a call with one of their customer support people and they told me I’d get the fund in my account by the end of business day guss what they lied to me again I’ve been waiting 4 weeks for the withdrawal it’s 3.2k it’s not a lot but if u add up all the withdrawals that have not been paid it’s a lot I’m only asking them to send me proof of payment and they can’t even do that ?
