impossibile ritirare i miei soldi negli ultimi 2 mesi

Non riesco a prelevare i miei soldi dal mio conto negli ultimi 2 mesi. hanno detto che l'aggiornamento del software è in corso negli ultimi 3 mesi, ma ho ancora lo stesso problema con i prelievi e questo avrà un impatto sulla mia condizione finanziaria. si prega gentilmente di consentire il nostro ritiro, si prega di trovare l'allegato sottostante

I am unable to withdraw my money from my account from last 2 months. they have telling that the software updation is going on from last 3 months but still having the same issue holding withdrawals and that to be impacted my fanancial condition. please kindly allow our withdrawal
