Incredibile commissione 10X e ritiro non arrivato

CIAO. vorrei richiedere un'indagine approfondita sul mio reclamo e vi prego gentilmente di affrontare i problemi ove necessario. ho fatto trading V5 Forex Global ed è stato addebitato in modo oltraggioso (10 volte) le normali spese come commissione: varietà: audjpy.v ora di apertura: 23/05/2023 12:14:03 ora di chiusura: 23/05/2023 12:14:03 (chiude automaticamente lo stesso ordine momentaneo è stato piazzato) volume: 153900.00 p&l: -8.90 usd commissione: -10202.65 inoltre, una strana transazione è stata condotta sul mio conto il 23/05/2023 14:31:21 come deposito sistematico, i valori depositati sono (+9190.93, ordine n. 962013768 ). attualmente il mio conto è in esecuzione con un saldo negativo del conto pl chiuso a (-10.202,65 $), il mio precedente capitale effettivo di 1.020 $ è già andato. tutti gli effetti per ottenere un dialogo con v5 si sono rivelati tutti falliti, in realtà ho scambiato le stesse varietà in precedenza senza alcun problema prima di questo giorno infedele. dopo tutto questo scenario, ho effettuato una transazione interna di 46 $ rimasti nel mio portafoglio sul mio conto principale, ho fatto trading e gli aumenti a 50 $, ho richiesto il prelievo al mio binance, è stato approvato dalla v5, oggi segna 6 giorni ora che sono ancora in attesa di essere accreditato. mi piacerebbe una risposta rapida per ottenere giustificazioni poiché questo problema è abbastanza evidente. I will like to request for deep investigation on my complaint and pls kindly approach the issues where necessary.
I traded on V5 forex global & was charged outrageously (10times ) the normal charges as commission :

Close Time: 23/05/2023 12:14:03
(automatically closes same moment order was placed)

Volume : 153900.00
P&L: -8.90 USD
Commission: -10202.65

Futhermore, A strange transaction was conducted on my account on 23/05/2023 14:31:21 as systematic deposit , deposited values is (+9190.93, order no 962013768). Currently my account is running at negative closed PL account balance at (-10,202.65$), my previous actual equity of 1,020$ is gone already.

All effect to get a dialogue with V5 were all proved abortive, I have actually traded same varieties previously without any issue before this unfaithful day.

After all this scenario, I did internal transaction of 46$ left in my Wallet to my main account , i did trading and increases to 50$ , I requested for withdrawal to my Binance , it was approved by V5, today marks 6days now that am still waiting to be credited.
I will like a fast response on getting justifications as this issue is extremely glaring enough.
