MT4 smette improvvisamente di funzionare oggi

Ieri il mio account MT4 funzionava senza intoppi, ma oggi non sono in grado di fare trading e ho provato molti possibili metodi tecnici come reinstallare le app, riavviare il mio router ma nessuno di questi funziona. Quando vado alla live chat e chiedo di effettuare un prelievo, dice che non puoi prelevare a causa del server inattivo e mi chiedono di cambiare la piattaforma in MT5. Tutto il mio saldo in MT4 e non mi permettono di prelevare i soldi e come diamine voglio fare trading?

Yesterday my MT4 account was running smoothly but today im unable to trade and i've tried many possible technical method such as reinstall the apps, restart my router but none of these work. When i goto live chat and ask to make a withdrawal it says you cant withdrawal due to server down and they ask me to change the platform to MT5. All of my balance in MT4 and they doesnt allow me to withdraw the money and how the heck i want to trade?
