INIZIO DA IMPOSSIBILE PRELEVARE E ORA IL CONTO NON PUÒ ESSERE APERTO

non ho potuto prelevare dalla fine di venerdì 30 dicembre 2022, ho provato alcuni modi come suggerito dal servizio clienti di FBS ma non ho ancora ricevuto i miei soldi e sono tornati sul conto. l'ultima volta che ho provato a ritirarmi è stato il 10 febbraio 2023 ma ho ancora fallito. il 2 marzo 2023, voglio provare a prelevare di nuovo ma non siamo riusciti ad accedere al loro sito Web e ha mostrato che "utente non trovato". per favore aiuto, ho $ 50.000 nel mio FBS account. ecco la prova del mio ultimo equilibrio nel mio FBS account da meta trader 4. fortunatamente, posso ancora aprire il metatrader e avere questa prova. fino ad ora non vi è alcuna conferma o risposta da parte del servizio clienti di FBS . ho provato a inviare e-mail e chattare sui loro siti Web prima che il mio account non potesse essere aperto. oggi lunedì 6 marzo 2023 ho provato ad accedere di nuovo ma ancora non riesco ad aprirlo e ho anche già provato a recuperare la password tramite la nostra email che si è registrata FBS ma c'è un errore/bug nella "ripeti nuova password", quindi non sono ancora riuscito a recuperare il nostro FBS conto ora.

START FROM CAN NOT WITHDRAW AND NOW ACCOUNT CAN NOT BE OPEN

I could not have my withdrawal since the end of Friday 30th December 2022, I have tried a few ways as what has been suggested by the customer services of FBS but I still did not get my money and it came back to the account. The last time I tried to withdraw is in 10th February 2023 but still failed. On 2 March 2023, I want to try to withdraw again but we could not log in to their website and it showed that 'user not found'. Please help, I have $50,000 in my FBS account. Here is the proof of my latest balance in my FBS account from Meta Trader 4. Fortunately, I can still open the MetaTrader and have this evidence. Until now there is no confirmation or response from the customer services of FBS. I have tried to send emails and chat on their websites before my account can not be opened. Today Monday 6th Mar 2023 I tried to log in again but still can not open it and I also already tried to recover the password through our email that registered in FBS but there is an error/bug in the 'repeat new password' so I still could not recover our FBS account now.
