Il prelievo non procede dall'ultimo mese

caro signore ho presentato una richiesta di prelievo negli ultimi 30 giorni ma il broker non l'ha ancora approvato, quando ho parlato con il broker ha detto che ci vorrà del tempo ma non sono sicuro di quanto tempo. quindi non siamo in grado di prelevare i nostri soldi dal nostro conto di trading. gentilmente risolvere il problema. per maggiore chiarezza ho allegato la schermata della mia transazione.

dear sir i have put a withdrawal request since last 30 days but still broker didn't approve that, when i was talk with broker he says it will take time but not sure how much time. so we are unable to withdrawal our money from our trading account. kindly resolve the issue. for better clearity i have attached my transaction screen shot.
