Broker ECN, che consente tutto il trading ma non paga i miei soldi

Ho iniziato a fare trading in Tegasfx poche settimane fa e la scorsa settimana ho notato che i miei ordini erano con un enorme slippage e stavo perdendo i miei soldi perché il momento in cui ho piazzato lo scambio con l'enorme slippage stavo già perdendo. Ho richiesto il mio ritiro lo scorso lunedì 10 ottobre e sono stato informato che procederà entro 24 ore. Ho aspettato e niente, poi ho inviato un'altra e-mail e hanno detto che il mio account era sotto indagine e poi hanno inventato che le mie operazioni erano abusive che il mio ordine era fuori mercato. ora come posso piazzare tutte le mie operazioni tramite il mio telefono/PC MT5 e averle tutte a prezzi fuori mercato? IMPOSSIBILE perché mentono. Bene, hanno preso tutti i miei profitti. Sono TRUFFATORI, dicono di essere broker ECN sul loro sito Web e poi arrivano nell'e-mail dicendo che sono STP, un'altra bugia. Hanno sul loro sito web due volte che accettano EA, HFT, TUTTI I TIPI DI TRADING ma poi quando hai un mix di hedging con lo scalping trade prendono i tuoi profitti accusando di trading abusivo e dicendo che sono solo broker STP. TRUFFATORI!!!! Non operare in questo broker!!!! Sono europeo e procederò con un reclamo formale alle autorità di regolamentazione.

I have start trading in Tegasfx few weeks ago and last week i notice that my orders where with huge slippage and i was losing my money because the time i place the trade with the huge slippage i was already losing. I have requested my withdrawal last monday octuber 10 and i was informed that will be proceed within 24hrs. I wated and nothing, then i sent another email and they say my account was nder investigation and then they invented that my trades where abusive that my order where off-market. now how can i place all my trades via my MT5 phone/PC and have them all off-market prices? IMPOSSIBLE because they lie. Well they have taken all my profits. They are SCAMMERS, says they are ECN broker at their website and then come into the email saying they are STP, another lie. They have at their web site twice that they accept EA, HFT, ALL KIND OF TRADING but then when you have a hedging mix with scalping trade they take your profits accusing of abusive trading and saying they are only STP broker. SCAMMERS!!!! DO not operate in this broker!!!! Im European and ill proceed with formal complaint to the regulators.
