Sono 15 anni che cerco di chiudere un CD presso Etrade Bank. Non c'è comunicazione vicino alla maturità e non puoi ottenere il servizio clienti al telefono. Quest'anno ho iniziato due mesi prima della maturità, caricando documenti e presumendo che tutto fosse in ordine. Sono trascorsi ormai 14 giorni dalla scadenza e non c'è ancora stata alcuna attività sull'esborso sul mio conto.

I've been trying for 15 years to close a CD at Etrade Bank. There is no communication near maturity and you can't get customer service on the phone. This year I started two months before maturity, uploading documents and assuming all was in order. It is now 14 days since maturity and there has still been no activity on disbursing my account.
