commercio Fatto ma profitto del fine settimana non deposito

Egregio signore, dal 21 marzo IPC non fornisce l'importo del profitto al nostro portafoglio, ho allegato il profitto di questa settimana anche questo non mi ha ricevuto, IPC non fornisce alcuna informazione a riguardo, mando anche mail ma nessuno risponde. per favore aiuto.
