Impossibile prelevare fondi

Ho presentato una richiesta di prelievo a settembre 2021. Non ho ricevuto alcuna risposta dalla società né ho ricevuto fondi. L'importo del prelievo è stato di $ 500. Le immagini seguenti dimostrano che ho un conto presso l'azienda, che ho i fondi disponibili sul conto e che ho elaborato un prelievo alla data indicata. Cerco una soluzione il prima possibile. Unable to Withdraw Funds

I submitted a withdrawal request in September, 2021. I have not received any response from the company nor have I received any funds. The amount of the withdrawal was $500. The following pictures demonstrate that I have an account with the company, that I have the available funds in the account and that I have processed a withdrawal on the date described. l seek a resolution as soon as possible.
