I started to trade with RUI WIN CAPITAL since Dec, 2021. After several trades, I confirmed with platform to withdraw the fund. But the platform said that 15% tax should be paid to the platform before withdrawal of the fund and after tax was completed, withdraw will be processed right away. I paid tax and asked to withdraw again, then they said that my previous sum of 380K U.S dollars was to be charged by someone else, so I have to pay additional dollars which is 30% of 380K U.S as a pledge deposit, and it needs to stay in the platform system for a week and then return to my account.
