FONDEXe il CEO hanno manipolato il mio account e addebitato più spread/markup

Hanno semplicemente manipolato le impostazioni del mio account e hanno aumentato lo spread/markup 7 volte di più e anche di più quando aprono una posizione. Ho notato questi cambiamenti e l'ho inviato ad Angelo (responsabile delle vendite di X) e lui ha risposto che il CEO è dietro perché ha paura del modo in cui faccio trading e guadagno (da $ 1000 a $ 175000 in 3 giorni). E in uno scambio ho notato che detraggono $ 15000 aggiunti alla perdita quando ho aperto una nuova posizione a causa delle modifiche apportate al mio account e perché il sistema ctrader non riporta lo spread ma riporta solo la commissione nei dettagli della posizione. Mi hanno detto di prendere i soldi rimanenti e non per scambiare di nuovo con loro ma anche dopo aver perso il saldo rimanente in un'altra posizione. Ho provato a negoziare con loro per prendere lo spread extra che mi hanno preso ma si sono rifiutati. They simply manipulated my account settings and increased the spread/markup 7 times more and even more when open a position.
